- Try to consume zero starches or fruits for 3 or 4 days in a row during the week.
This will help accelerate glycogen depletion and get your metabolism ready for the weekend fun. This should give you a total of 25-50 impact carbs each day. Eat a decent source of protein in every meal to help keep you full and keep your body in a high-energy fat-burning environment.
You’ll program for huge fat loss using this several days a week.
- Increase your fats and double your servings of green cruciferous veggies on depleting days.
You’ve got to get energy and good stuff from somewhere. When you lower carbs you’ll automatically need energy from other sources. Friendly fats and low carb vegetables are your no.1 go to foods to help provide this needed energy.

So here are a few fast fluid facts to help you keep in simple.
First, remember the starvation idea – not getting enoughof something just makes your body hold onto more of it. Sound crazy, but drinking water gets rid of water bloat.

Also remember that all the processes that happen in your body work quicker with lubricating water – fat burning included.
A good rule thumb is to start with 100 ounces if you’re sedentary – and if you’re doing fat burning exercise (which you should be!) add 30, 60 or up to even 150 more on top of that.
